Cancellation Policy
I charge a 15% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
I can not accommodate clients who arrive 15 minutes or later to their scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee will be applied. If a client arrives late but before the 15 minute timeframe, the scheduled service may need to be changed to accommodate timing.
